Biography: Gareth Crook (Manchester, 1977) is a Motion Graphics Designer working in the UK. Graduating with a degree in Graphic Design in 2000, he started his career working in print, before moving into 2D/3D motion graphics and video editing. In 2002 he married Anne and is now a father of one with another on the way. In between pushing swings and learning the alphabet he's Senior Editor at Fresh, working with high profile names such as Google, M&S, Abbey, BodyShop and Comet. In addition to his commercial productions, he also works under the guise of GraphicQuarter, producing experimental arthouse short films, many of which have been well received on the festival circuit and have reached global TV audiences. When he's not pushing pixels with his own work, he likes to promote others as a regular contributor to the Computerlove newsfeed. He also runs a podcast for the much respected Filmonik group.
